Jump Star Trampolines offers free local pickup from our Cannington warehouse. We keep all items in stock all year round. Unless the item says "out of stock" on our website, we will have it at our warehouse ready to dispatch or collect.
You are welcome to drop into the warehouse to collect your online order, just bring your order details with you.
You do not need to pre-order online - you can buy directly at our warehouse using Eftpos / Visa / Mastercard or cash. We will have your trampoline or parts loaded into your car within minutes!
You are also welcome to pre-order online and then collect, the choice is yours. You can even make the final installment of your lay-by when you collect.
We recommend you bring a ute, station wagon, 4WD, or trailer to collect large-sized trampolines. The carton sizes for your trampoline are listed under "Specifications" on its product information page on our website. We will load the boxes into your car for you. Please check our local pick-up times below:

We deliver products Australia-wide using couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. There is a shipping Calculator for every product on the website to show our shipping prices clearly before our customers commit to buying our products.
To get an instant postage quote, simply click on the item you are interested in and enter your postcode.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-11 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Jump Star Trampolines is not liable for any failure or delay in delivering of the goods if the Carrier is unable to deliver the goods for any reason including the failure on the part of a purchaser to take delivery or if the delivery address is unreachable or outside delivery zones of the Carrier.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or overseas destinations.
