We deliver products Australia wide using couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location.There is a shipping Calculator for every product on the website to show our shipping prices clearly before our customers commit to buy our products.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-11 business days depending on your location within Australia.

Jump Star Trampolines is not liable for any failure or delay in delivering of the goods if the Carrier is unable to deliver the goods for any reason including failure on the part of a purchaser to take delivery or if the delivery address is unreachable or outside delivery zones of the Carrier.
