How to Measure a Round Trampoline
- Verify your Trampoline, Trampoline Frame Size - Measure outer diameter of the frame (From the outside of the metal frame to the outside of the metal frame) in at least 2 different places when it is fully assembled.
- Check the quantity of springs that your Trampoline has.
- Check the actual spring size, Always remove the Spring from the Trampoline when Measuring. Springs are measured from Tip to Tip (The hook is included).

JUMP STAR offers 5 Year warranty (Return to Base Warranty) on Metal Frame & 1 Year on Pad and Mat which covers manufacturing defects and faults from date of purchase and upon proof of purchase.
Please choose carefully and measure your trampoline before purchase.
Products will be Replaced if they are deemed to be faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t perform as advertised.
If the product arrived damaged or appear faulty customer must notify us within 10 days of receiving the product with photo evidence.
This Warranty offer is limited to parts or replacement and does not cover labour costs to replace components or any freight charges. The warranty will only cover the parts deemed faulty or defective under normal use.
However, this warranty does not cover damage due to Wear & tear, Sun damage, rust, neglect, misuse, abuse, incorrect maintenance, incorrect installation or damage by storm or accident. Please note this warranty does not cover any freight charges. All freight charges are non-refundable and the responsibility of the purchaser.
If the item cannot be repaired or exchanged, any refund provided will be less postage costs.
